Notice 1 – XI Conference on Strategic Studies

The Center of International Policy Research (CIPI) informs speakers interested in participating in the XI Conference on Strategic Studies that, due to the circumstances Cuba is facing as a result of the intensification of U.S. government policy—which prevents holding the event in person and ensuring adequate simultaneous connection—it has been decided to modify the format of the Conference.

Consequently, a virtual repository of the event will be made available on CIPI’s website, where the texts and presentations of accepted papers will be accessible.

For this purpose, authors are requested to submit:

• The full text of their paper, in accordance with the requirements established in the call for papers.
• An audio or video recording of their presentation, with a duration of 15–20 minutes.

The registration and submission deadline has been extended until September 1, 2026.

Documents and recordings must be sent simultaneously to the same email addresses indicated in the call for papers: cee@cipi.cu and claudia5385@gmail.com.

We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all participants and regret any inconvenience this situation may cause.
